Sponsor & Exhibitor Selection and Registration:

During this process you will need to provide primary contact/billing information, exhibitor or sponsorship selection with company description, individual attendee details, including arrival-departure dates and hotel details. Sponsorships & Exhibitor package prices include booth space and payments are being accepted by credit card, check, or wire transfer.

Kronos does not share your personal information to exhibiting partners, sponsors or other third parties other than the sub-processors engaged in the registration process.

Kronos may engage data sub-processors to process Attendee's data. The sub-processors engaged by Kronos and authorized by Attendees are as follow:

  • TCMA: provides online and onsite registration services.
  • SpotMe: the Official provider of the Kronos Sales Kick-off Mobile Application (the "Mobile Application", which houses the conference schedule, FAQs, attendee list, business card exchange, conference gamification, activity feed, one to one contact exchange and messaging.
  • Rosen Shingle Creek: the conference meetings, sleeping rooms, and food & beverage provider.
  • Hello Florida: the official transportation company who will provide transportation from the airport to the hotel and the return.

For the purpose of completing the registration process, attendees can be contacted by these sub-processors by e-mail, mail, phone calls and text messages. Only communications directly related to the purpose of the registration process are allowed from these sub-processors. Attendees' personal data can be shared between these sub-processors, provided they are strictly related to the registration services and comply with the acceptable usage set out in the written agreements.

Exhibitors at Kronos Sales Kick-off 2020 may ask to scan your badge as you are visiting their booths. Note that scanning the badge will result in disclosing your contact information to the Exhibitor. The act of allowing your badge to be scanned constitutes a transfer of your personal data between you and the exhibitor directly. Kronos cannot control the use of your personal data that could ensue. You have the option of declining the request of scanning your badge or to ask the exhibitor to refrain from contacting you for any purpose. Kronos or any of its sub-processor cannot be held responsible for misuse of your information resulting from scanning of your badge by an Exhibitor.

Registering through the Mobile Application will allow your name, title and Organization name to be disclosed in the Mobile Application. Other Attendees who logged into the Mobile Application as well as Kronos Sales Kick-off exhibitors will have access to this data via the Mobile Application. If you prefer not to have your personal data disclosed on the Mobile Application, you can refrain from logging in through this service.

Kronos may use your personal information to fulfill its contractual obligation regarding the registration process and for the purposes of organizing, managing and enhancing the conference experience. Kronos may also use data collected in the Kronos Sales Kick-off 2020 registration process to personalize communications with Attendees and to provide the hotels with any special dietary information to honor your requests.

Kronos may use your flight information collected through Egencia to build an air arrival and air departure manifest for distribution to the hotels and to Hello Florida to provide airport transfers to the hotel and back to the airport. This information is provided to the hotels so that they may staff guest registration check-in appropriately.

Hotel Room Rate:

$149 plus applicable state and local taxes. (currently 12.5%)

Hotel Reservations:

Attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms through the Rosen Shingle Creek's on-line reservations web site created for Kronos SKO 2020.
REMEMBER: Registration is a two-step process

  1. Register to attend through this on-line registration site. Once you submit your Registration, you'll receive the link via email to the Rosen Shingle Creek reservations site.
  2. Book your hotel room on-line using the Rosen Shingle Creek on-line reservations site.

You will be responsible to pay for your hotel guest room and incidental charges at the end of your stay when you check out (excludes Asia Pacific). Kronos employees will be required to file an Expense Report through the Kronos Concur system for reimbursement.

*Hotel cancellations are your responsibility. Please follow the cancellation policy instructions provided to you by the Rosen Shingle Creek upon booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Registrations must be cancelled no later than Five (5) calendar days before your scheduled arrival date.

Written notification must be sent to kronos.events@drewcompany.com.
